All returns require an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by calling us or emailing us at through our contact page.
All original equipment,
components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned
with your item in order for Bay City Scale, Inc. to process your return.
Products must be returned within the 30 days of purchase. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT
TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or part
number/sticker will automatically void the Bay City Scale, Inc. Return Policy.
Products that are returned to Bay City Scale, Inc. with a missing, damaged or
altered part number will be refused RMA service and returned to the
customer.
